1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of https://www.modoucs.com and purchases from Modoucs ("Company"). By browsing or ordering, you agree to these Terms to the extent enforceable in your location. Product-specific terms shown before checkout also apply.
2. Eligibility and account security

3. Product information
We aim to keep descriptions, colors, dimensions, images, inventory and prices accurate. Screen settings and batch variation may cause minor differences. We may limit quantities or refuse an order for inventory, pricing, fraud, legal or shipping reasons, and will refund any captured amount for an order we cancel.
4. Prices, tax and order formation
Checkout shows currency, discounts, shipping, sales tax, duties where known and the total before submission. Your submission is an offer; acceptance occurs when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise. A receipt or acknowledgment alone may not be acceptance. 7. User content and acceptable use

8. Third-party services
Payment, delivery, review, social, analytics and other third parties may have separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for an independent third-party service, but this does not limit rights that cannot be excluded.
9. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated, the site and content are provided to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or a right that law prohibits excluding. Subject to those limits, liability terms are . 10. Indemnity

14. Promotions, credits and reviews
Promotional codes, credits, loyalty benefits and free-shipping offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer, including dates, eligible products, quantity limits and one-use restrictions. We may correct an obvious promotion error and will not require a customer to pay a price that was unlawfully advertised. Reviews and other user content must reflect a genuine experience; do not post deceptive, infringing or confidential material.
15. Availability and maintenance
We may change, suspend or maintain the website, catalogue, checkout or account features. A temporary outage does not cancel an accepted order or remove a refund or warranty remedy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or that every product will remain available.

17. No waiver and survival
